  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, customer-damaged, or worn items.

  • Items returned without their original packaging.

  • Personal care or hygiene products (for safety reasons), unless they arrived damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange for your Emzo order, follow these simple steps:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Clear Photos or Video (mandatory if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will schedule a courier pickup for the item.

3. Refunds Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method (for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the item reaches our facility.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention your preference in your return email. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Return Shipping: Return shipping is 100% free if the item delivered was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: For other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.
